Our Bread and Butter is sign painting, but sign painting can mean so many different things! Below is an outline of the types of services that we are currently offering under the umbrella of Finer Signs. SIGN PAINTING

Yeah, it sounds like one service, but this umbrella term can mean so much! Call on us when you need:

• someone to produce designs you’ve already created or sourced.

• help designing signage for your project. We always include three rounds of design for free with our proposals.

• interior wayfinding or decorative signage.

• exterior signage painted directly onto the windows, doors, or building exterior.

We do not currently offer exterior sign fabrication, but we are able to repaint preexisting fabricated signage pending its temporary removal from the building.

DESIGN AND BRANDING

So often, we are called in to translate existing branding into signage and we love to paint cool logos! But did you know we also design them?

In addition to logos, we offer design for all of your signage needs, murals, merch, packaging, and more!

MURALS

Either interior or exterior, murals are a great way to activate a space while sharing information, a call to action, or just to provide aesthetic appeal. As with our signage, we are happy to paint a mural that you have already designed, and we also enjoy the opportunity to come up with a design with our clients.

Murals can be painted on almost any surface including the following: drywall, brick, stucco, metal, concrete, stone, wood, and plaster.

paper & poster signs

Whether you’re on a budget or in need of a temporary announcement, paper and poster signs are eye-catching with a low price point. Paper and poster signs also make great gifts and decorations for your home! Email us today to place an order for paper or poster signs.

GOLD LEAF

Often imitated but NEVER duplicated, gold leaf is the premier form of signage. There is a range of techniques and effects that can only be achieved with gold on glass, and we have traveled across the world to learn this technique from experts in the field. Our process uses genuine gold leaf supplied from the last-remaining US gold leaf manufacturer. Contact us to see samples in person to truly understand the beauty of gold.

window splash

While meant to be temporary, window splash can stay on your windows for as long as you take care of it! We paint on the outside of the glass starting with a water-based white background for every shape, and then fill in with fluorescent colors and finish with black outlines. The water-based paint stands up to rain and snow, but can be easily removed with soapy water and a razor blade (and it’s so satisfying to scrape off in big, colorful sheets!). Temporary window splash is the perfect way to make an announcement or to decorate for a season.
